The Ride That Never Came

doodled by Aaroni

apparently the only way to really write how i feel is NOT to write it here. It can't be written here. This has come to a stage where blogs doesn't become a direct outlet for relief and comfort, rather a platform where puppets perform in accordance to the puppeteer. Being who I am makes me every part special, but living in a society where there are norms, being too special shuns you from the norm. But since everyone is unique, why is there a norm? does this mean that the norm of society is to BE unique? and since being too special isolates you from the rest, does this mean that being too special makes you normal?

*argh headache starting*

went to gardens last week to shop, and was walking around Robinson's kitchen appliance section while parents and sis shop, i found lots of stuff to amuse me.

Take this for instance:

this:

turns into this:

this is a grater, never seen a design like this before. usually it's a big-ass sized box. cute.

this, is an seed fruit remover. or atleast i think it is.

and this, is a very VERY sharp cheese knife:

really, that's what the tag said. for me, i would have thought it might have been sharp enough to cut meat and bones just like its huge counter part (chopping knife)

um....

there were other stuff too.

weird kettle with a cap

wonder how do you wash the insides... maybe its those disposable types...

and a double capped kettle,

this is good for divorcees living together. "you take one half, i'll take the other."
i like this photo. even the reflections on the kettle is halved. white on the left, dark on the right.

what is the field for all these design's? is engineering part of it coz i am damn interested in this.

and so by the end of the day, guess who ended up shopping instead?

don't ask.

and finally:

HAPPY BIRTHDAY SHERYL!!!!!
i'll just save my breath telling you what i tried to do to come but screw that, just wait until monday! (if i dont forget, that is.)

*maniacal smile*
